Standard Terms and Conditions.  In the performance of this Contract, each Party shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Each Party shall make itself familiar with and at all times shall observe and comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations that in any manner affect performance under this Contract. Each Party will be deemed to have knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations and be deemed to understand them. 

In addition, please read these "terms and conditions of use" carefully, before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information or services. By accessing this website, mobile or tablet application, or any other platform you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not accept all of these terms, then you may not use this website. These terms include an arbitration clause and a waiver of your rights to participate in a class action or representative lawsuit. We may modify these terms, for any reason at any time. If you object to any provision of these terms or any subsequent modification to these terms or become dissatisfied with our website in anyway, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of this website. This is a contract between NALSS.COM and/or their representative (s) and YOU known as a customer. If you wish to withdraw or cancel services with NALSS.COM it must be done prior to 72 hours of the appointment, and payment of 25% of all fees, which would have been incurred by the customer, will be transacted for withdraw or cancellation.  NALSS.COM will not be held liable for information errors or the website downtime.  Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotion, spam, etc. is forbidden.
